the chouchenn OLD SWEET is fermented in barrel slowly and matured for at least 24 months, but often 36 months on lees. This time allows the development of deep flavors that unfold on the palate. Direct barrel, unassembled, this wine reveals itself over time. Too young is simple and nice but age gives roundness and sensuality.
It is drunk as an aperitif or after dinner. Traditionally it is cool that you drink with a melon or to accompany a dessert, but try very hot with a squeeze of lemon!
