It is Brewed for more than ten days , then barrel stored after filtration and pasteurization. It is bottled utilizing the ancient Trappist fermentation technique that takes another ten days.
This is a beer to be discovered. It surprises with its rich aroma, slightly woody notes plus a little salty edge developed by the mushrooms. A fine bitterness is expressed in the finish.
