This beer is modederately strong (5%) and is flavored with lentils to provide starch which flavors without bitterness. It is bottled using the Trappist technique of fermenting for ten days in a warm room. Tends to be habit forming.

High fermentation lager 5% vol. made based on barley malts 'Pilsen' raw and green lentils of Puy en Velay. Founded in 2001, we wanted to use a local raw material containing starch. Work has concentrated on the lens, there is no bitterness.
Brewing for eight hours with a empattage 'home' for raw lens, primary fermentation at 21 ° C with eight days warning at 4 ° C for ten days. Packaged in bottles with technical 'Trappist' re fermentation in a warm room for ten days.
